3. What kind of communications should I expect from a designer?
One of the biggest complaints we hear is “the company never returns our calls & getting answers to our questions is all but impossible.” This should be a no-brainer, communications though out the design process is paramount... anything less is unacceptable. Common sense tells us that a designer that doesn’t return your calls or emails in a timely fashion, doesn’t value or appreciate your business enough to keep you informed, and is probably avoiding you because they don’t have the proper answers to your questions. 4. Do you design your sites, or are they templates?
We offer unique custom designs and we also offer custom graphics that you can employ with any template. Our original designs are an excellent way to have a great looking site and save money in the design process. The one thing to look out for when talking with a designer is… are they charging you a rate that reflects a custom design, while using a template. If you want a template site, that’s fine, there’s nothing wrong with that, just be careful as to what your paying for. We can also help you customize any template to reflect the look of your business. Back to top...

Yes, we do. Our process has evolved through years of experience with dozens of diverse web projects.
